I can’t seem to send you messages using the contact form. I’m getting and error message on the page when posting a question (http://aremysitesup.com/contact/):

The change you wanted was rejected.
Maybe you tried to change something you didn’t have access to.

My question was:
«I’ve just renewed to premium the account suporte@create.pt, and did the visa payment. how long will it take for you to pick up this information and re-start monitoring the web sites?»

i don’t think the latest slash (\) is important

i haven’t see the difference of http://www.google.com/ and http://www.google.com when checking ranks

Using a trailing slash (or not) doesn’t matter. Either will work fine (unless we have a bug like today!)

I was reading this article and thinking “I didn’t monitor any specific folder” but I do always, always, end domains with a slash.

Is it your recommendation (if it makes any difference at all) to specify them without a trailing slash ? Although certainly both ‘work’, is it any better on your end to do it without or doesn’t it matter a single thing ?
