If you are not Premium Pro, you'll still see that field but it is irrelevant. You should be deticated to the service if you want Push. The rates are pretty reasonable. Not to mention your email will usually get updated at about the same speed as Push so you will know if your site goes down you'll know by email. If you want really Push Notification just go Premium.
